It is so good to see the groms out early, really hacking the fun 2 footers on offer this morning. The water is super clean and so warm that boardies is all you need.  I even had a splash.  Some charts are predicting a sizeable increase in wave height all the way into the weekend, peaking Saturday.  This is due to a Low Pressure system tracking down the south east Queensland coast.  With that, it could be a wet second half of this week, but waves.  Take it easy.
