A real indication of summer is blue bottles… this morning most Northern Beaches were lined with them.  Thousands..  So it’s surf at your own peril, although most were on the shore and I only saw one during my surf.  There seems to be plenty of energy in the water this morning with waves in the 3 foot range.  The wind has swung more to the nor-east from the early offshore.  And there is another indication of summer as well.  There are plenty of waves so keep your eyes open and try and stay out of the blue bottles way.  Enjoy this Thursday.
