Yes, here we are the last month of Spring and Summer is only 30 days away.  Then why is it so cold?  13C again at Sunrise.  I have to get my steamer back out.  At least the waves are bigger this morning.  I did see an occasional 4 foot set but most are in the 2 – 3 foot range.  These southerly swell make for straight conditions and most were either too fast or too fat with the early high.  Wait for the lower tide as the swell will peak later today.  The wind looks like swinging from the nor west tomorrow so that may make it cleaner for an early.  Enjoy a pinch and punch for the first day of the month.
