Yesterday’s westerly wind (thats onshore here on the North Shore) has continued overnight.  It has called off Pipe for the day.  The waves are expected to rise today to 20 foot faces by this evening and even bigger for tomorrow.  The opinion is that this will wash out the Banzai Pipeline and the comp may continue Thursday (Friday in Aus).  So in the mean time there is some great free surfing out the front of our place at Pupukea (just down from Pipe).  Have a great day.  Yew.
