Your new 2017 World Champ, John John Florence
Sorry for the late post but we have just witnessed one of the best days of surfing competition ever. This morning we woke to a new increase sized swell from the NW. There were a few good well over head sets early but it dropped a little towards the afternoon. But still it was a tense contest and it wasn’t until Jeremy Flores knocked Gabriel Medina in the Quarters did the lump in your throat settle. And to cap things off you thought that JJF had the final won until the last 10 seconds when Jeremy Flores stole the show. But still John John was awesome winning the 2017 World title. Best day ever…… YEW
