The early (7.00am) high tide is really swallowing up the 2 foot easterly swell.  It’s only one turn for most of the waves on offer and that is a bottom turn before it just goes deep.  You could be lucky and get a couple in but there weren’t many  early.  Wait for the tide to drop and then head out.  Enjoy your Fat Thursday waves.
