24 March 2015
This morning’s sunrise was cranking early and for about 15 minutes it was fairly spectacular. So much orange in the eastern sky, that it falls in the top 5 for 2015 so far. A real keeper in the memory banks. As for the waves, there is a small 1 – 2 foot easterly swell happening and there were a few fun ones to be get a couple of turns in. The southerly did pop its head in early but has since dropped to reveal a nice mid morning. There were some great clouds to the south and it did look ominous but quickly dissipated to sunshine. The winds look like being variable from the southern quarter over the next few days, bringing a south swell to the Northern Beaches. There are bound to be waves somewhere, lets hope you find some. Check ya.
