The swell is a touch bigger this morning. There are some good 4 foot waves around on the south facing beaches.  But beware, the conditions are very calm and that smoke is still with us.  My advice is stay indoors all day just to avoid it and then I can go surfing by myself.  The wind is very light from the North and this is bringing the smoke in the north of the state.  Even it was southerly this would bring the smoke from the fires in the south of the state. Breathe easy and have a good one.
