How cold was it this morning…. bloody cold.  5C but felt like 2C and even overheard someone say that they had ice on their car windscreen.  So it was a quick dash to the surf where I’m sure it was around 17C.  I was lucky enough to shoot some up and coming young guns surfing Long Reef yesterday being coached by Matt Grainger’s High Performance Surf Coaching.  The pics speak for themselves.  If you want your grom to coached go see Mat as he is getting some great results with his current crew.  Waves today are in the 3 foot range but Curly really seemed to be sucking in the swell and was by far the biggest beach I saw all morning.  Have a great warm Wednesday.
