Spring Solstice.

Twinny action
This Sunday will be the Spring Solstice. That means almost 3/4 of the year has passed by. It has been a great winter weather wise, but very ordinary wave wise. Today, that ordinariness continues. It may be a beautiful day but the waves are tiny and weak. The wave period will be over 14 seconds tomorrow so the expected 1 footers may have a bit more power to them. Seems like a paradox really.
The Fundraiser for Ollie raffle will be drawn tomorrow at Long Reef Beach around 4pm. I will let you know of the winners by an Instagram Story later that afternoon. SPoY has raised almost $1400 for Ollie and I know that there are similar amounts raised by the LRSA. I thank you for your support, especially Wicks Surf shop at Collaroy and The Surfboard Hub at Brookvale. Also SurfSock at Manly. See you on the other side and have a great weekend.
