The swell has dropped a little this morning but there are still plenty of waves around.  You may now need to find a southern corner to surf as the west sou wester blew in fairly strong around 8.30am.  The waves are still in the 3 – 4 foot range on the open beaches so you will still get a few fun ones.  Looks like waves all over the weekend with a significant pulse from the south on Sunday arvo and into Monday.  If you get out early I think the wind will be kind before getting too strong.  See you on the other side of the weekend and be safe.
