I ventured more north this morning to the Barton Lynch BlastOff grom competition up at Avalon Beach.  Although the waves were small, there was plenty of junior talent on show from all parts.  We seem to be in good hands when it comes to young hot surfers.  The wind was fairly strong from the south (30kph) and this will bring a good size swell into this afternoon and over the next two days.  As I write it’s still sunny but the weather may turn, but I have said that before and have been totally wrong.  Have a great day and if you are surfing over the next few days be safe.
